Deeply Rooted....
In church the other Sunday, God gave me a vision, I have done my best to draw what I saw....
After working on drawing this vision for a few days, God gave me a prophetic Word related to it....
'You are alive in Me as a tree is alive in the earth. Uprooted, you will perish, deeply rooted you will have peace, life & fruitfulness.'
While finishing the drawing, God gave me this verse....
Eph. 3:16-19 ~ I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge - that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
I thank our mighty Creator for all His loving interaction and His words that speak to my heart.
P.S. Update~A couple of months ago, this piece finally found it's home in Africa. I really felt God wanted me to send it with my friend Jeremy when he went on a mission trip to Ghana. He knew when he got there who it needed to go to and was able to bless someone I've never met with my artwork, and God's words for them. WOW! This is why I do what I do. God uses my gifts in such a powerful way it really blows my mind at times!
